Important: By uploading data to our platform, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and have the legal right to share this information. Attn Seekr Media processes all data in accordance with The Privacy Act 1988 & the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and other applicable data protection regulations. All uploaded files are automatically deleted after 90 days or upon project completion, whichever comes first.

Ensure your client dataset is in CSV or Excel format. Include all relevant prospecting information such as contact details, purchase date and purchase price.
Verify Data Compliance
Confirm your client dataset contains no sensitive information, and that all marketing permissions are in place.

Here’s everything you need to know about uploading, processing, and accessing your data - fast, secure, and hassle-free.
How long will it take before I can access and use my contact list?
Once your files are uploaded, they move straight into our processing queue. Datasets are processed on the last Thursday of the month. Files must be submitted via the online form by close of business Tuesday prior. Late submissions automatically roll over to the following month’s schedule.
For urgent uploads, you can select the Priority Import (3-day turnaround, $299 + GST).
You’ll receive confirmation as soon as your data has been securely received and processed.
What if my data needs cleaning or reformatting?
Once uploaded, your files are checked to make sure they meet CRM import standards. If the file doesn’t meet those standards, you’ll receive an email alert with instructions on how to correct or re-upload it. This keeps the process fast, compliant, and consistent across all campaigns.
Is my data secure?
Yes - all uploads are encrypted with 256-bit security during both transfer and storage.
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and your files remain private and inaccessible to anyone outside your authorised environment. You can also request full deletion once your data has been processed.
Can I have my contact list uploaded faster?
Yes. If your upload is time-sensitive, you can request a Priority Import, which provides an expedited 3-business-day turnaround for a fee of $299 + GST
What happens after I upload my files?
Once you hit “Upload,” the system validates, and stores your files. You’ll see an on-screen confirmation, followed by an email verifying successful delivery. After processing, your dataset is instantly available for use in your CRM.
